  • Dreamer’s Pool – I have a feeling this is going to be on a lot of lists this year! Dreamer’s Pool is actually an Audible production and I have to say that I’m looking forward to a lot more productions straight from Audible if they are all going to be of this high of quality! The story of Dreamer’s Pool is completely amazing on top of three excellent narrators! Highly recommended for fans of dark fairytales ;-). I kind of want to go back and listen to it all over again.
  • Dark Triumph – This was for sure my favorite of the trilogy and happens to be the only one I listened to on audio! The female narrator did a great job of doing both Beast and Sybella’s voices believably. Apparently darkness is the trend so far since that is probably what I loved most about Dark Triumph: how dark and broken Sybella was!
  • Hounded – It has obviously taken me way to long to finally get to this urban fantasy series, but I did and loved the first book! The different mythologies were lots of fun and the narration is simply phenomenal! I actually recommend specifically listening to this one instead of reading since Oberon’s voice is just too much fun (the Irish Wolfhound for those who haven’t read the series ;-) ).
  • White Cat – I really enjoy the alternative history that Black has crafted with this trilogy and I’m a bit embarrassed to admit that I haven’t actually finished the trilogy yet but I very much plan to! This was an audiobook where the narrator doesn’t do very unique voices for the different characters, but I ended up liking it all the same!
  • Legion: Skin Deep – No link for this one since I haven’t actually finished it at the time of writing this post! However, I love the narration and am already quite impressed with it, so I think it will be on the top 5 list for sure ;-). Leeds hallucinates 47 different people and each of them is given a unique voice by the narrator which is really no easy feat, hence how impressed I am :D.

My Giveaway

All right, so we have two separate giveaways here since I’m doing one in addition to the grand prize that our hosts are doing :D. My giveaway is open to US and Canadian followers (though if you know you can use Audible books, you can enter)!
